    Large, pedunculated exophytic papule with a collarette of scale, that resembles a large pyogenic granuloma or cherry angioma
  • Diagnosis:
    Tissue biopsy, microscopic identification
  • Treatment:
    Oral erythromycin
  • Associated With:
    Immunosuppressed patients
