:
Low grade fevers, productive cough, weight loss
Ulcerated skin lesions

(systemic disease)
Diagnosis
:
Broad based budding yeast
(sputum)
Treatment
:
Itraconazole
Amphotericin B

Wisconsin has the highest infection rate
