• Facts:
  For suspected streptococcal pharyngitis
  3 out of 4 required
• History / PE:
  1.) Fever
  2.) Tonsillar exudate
  3.) Tender anterior cervical lymphadenopathy
  4.) Lack of a cough
• Associated With:
  Acute pharyngitis
