• History / PE:
  Mild coagulopathy
  Hepatosplenomegaly
  Frequent bacterial infections
• Diagnosis:
  Neutrophils with giant lysosomes
  Pancytopenia
• Treatment:
  Daily bactrim
  Daily ascorbic acid
• Associated With:
  Oculocutaneous albinism
