  MC type of leukemia
  Clonal proliferation of incompetent lymphocytes (B cells)
  Primarily affects older adults with median age of 65
• History / PE:
  Fatigue
  Malaise
  Infection
  Lymphadenopathy
  Splenomegaly
• Diagnosis:
  Smudge cells
  Lymphocytosis
  Lymph node biopsy
  Rai clinical staging
• Treatment:
  Chemotherapy
  Non-curable
• Notes:
  Thrombocytopenia is a poor prognostic factor
