Only HA syndrome that is MC in men
Occur in clusters, followed by remission
History / PE:
Intense unilateral retro-orbital pain, spreads to hemicranium
Pain can awaken patients from sleep
Tearing
Stuffed, runny nose
Ipsilateral eye redness,lacrimation
NOT associated with nausea or vomiting
