• Facts:
  Helminthic disease caused by infective-stage larvae of A. braziliense (dog and cat hookworm)
  MC seen in lower extremities
• History / PE:
  Multiple pruritic eythematous papules
  Followed by reddish brown lesions
  Rash elongates as larvae migrate through epidermis
• Associated With:
  Travelers in tropical regions
  Contact with sand
