    Visual hallucinations
    Extrapyramidal symptoms
  • Diagnosis:
    Lewy bodies (intraneuronal eosinophilic inclusions)
  • Treatment:
    Rivastigmine (acetylcholinesterase inhibitors)
    Atypical antipsychotics (hallucinations)
  • Differential Diagnosis:
    Parkinson's disease (early motor symptoms, no visual hallucinations)
    Pick's disease
