  Poor prognosis
• History / PE:
  RUQ pain
  Preeclampsia
• Diagnosis:
  Hemolysis
  E levated LFTs
  Low Platelets
• Treatment:
  Immediate delivery if beyond 34 wks gestation
  Consider dexamethasone tx window if before 34 wks and mom stable
