Herpangina

• History / PE:
  Ulcerative lesions on palate, pharynx, tonsils
  High fever
  Sore throat
• Notes:
  If lesions appear on palms and soles, then hand-foot-mouth disease
• Associated With:
  Enteroviruses, especially Coxsackie A
