Ichthyosis vulgaris Lizard skin

• Facts:
  History of normal skin at birth, with gradual progression to dry scaly skin
  Condition worsens in the winter
• History / PE:
  Dry and rough skin with horny plates over the extensor surfaces of the limbs
• Differential Diagnosis:
  Atopic dermatitis (occurs in infancy, pruritis)
  Irritant contact dermatitis (history of exposure to irritant)
