  Superficial skin infection
  MC in children
• History / PE:
  Vesiculopustules that rupture, appear encrusted with a golden-yellow color
• Treatment:
  Wash with warm cloth
  Cephalexin (Keflex)
  Topical mupirocin
  Oral erythromycin
• Associated With:
  Group A streptococcus
  S. aureus
