  STRESS
  Loss of small amounts of urine with increased intraabdominal pressure
  Ineffective sphincter closure
• Treatment:
  Oxybutynin therapy (urge)
  Bethanechol and alpha-blockers (overflow)
  Kegel exercises and urethropexy (stress)
