• History / PE:
  Solitary, painful, lytic long bone lesion
  Hypercalcemia
  Overlying, tender swelling
  Pathological fractures
  
• Diagnosis:
  Birbeck granules on EM
• Treatment:
  Typically resolves spontaneously
  Treated conservatively
• Associated With:
  Hand–Schüller–Christian disease (children)
