Asymptomatic elevation of a monoclonal protein
Usually detected incidentally
Monoclonal protein < 3 g/dL
History / PE
:
Asymptomatic
Absence of anemia,
hypercalcemia
, renal insufficiency, lytic bone lesions
Diagnosis
:
In order to diagnosis, must have
no findings for multiple meyeloma
Plasma cell level within bone marrow < 10%
