6-8 weeks of
antibiotics
Fluroquinolones (empiric treatment)
Surgical debridement
Complications
:
1) Chronic osteomyelitis
2) Septic arthritis
3) Systemic
sepsis
4) Draining sinus tract, leading to SCC
