Retinoblastoma

• Facts:
  Caused by inactivation of Rb tumor suppressor gene
  Highly malignant tumor
  
• History / PE:
  Leukocoria (white reflex)
  Strabismus
  Decreased vision
  Eye pain
  Glaucoma
• Treatment:
  Refer to ophthalmologist ASAP
  Enucleation +/- chemotherapy
