Rotor syndrome

• Facts:
  Benign condition, where there is a defect of hepatic storage of conjugated bilirubin, leading to leakage into plasma
• History / PE:
  Scleral icterus
  Jaundiced skin
  Dark urine
• Diagnosis:
  Normal liver function tests
  Positive urine dipstick for bilirubin

• Differential Diagnosis:
  Dubin-Johnson syndrome (dark granular pigment in hepatocytes)
