Second-degree AV Block I Mobitz I / Wenckebach

• History / PE:
  Usually asymptomatic
  Impaired AV nodal conduction
• Diagnosis:
  Progressive PR lengthening until dropped beat
  PR interval then resets
• Treatment:
  Stop offending drug
  Atropine or pacemaker (per clinical judgment)
