Senile purpura

• Facts:
  Caused by perivascular connective tissue atrophy
  
• History / PE:
  Ecchymotic lesions on the dorsum of hands and forearms
  Lesions typically resolve after a few days
• Treatment:
  None
• Associated With:
  Normal aging process
