  Autosomal recessive or X linked
  Many cases due to adenosine deaminase deficiency
  Life threatening
• History / PE:
  Cutaneous anergy
  Severe infections within first few months of life
• Diagnosis:
  Absent/dysplastic thymus and lymph nodes
  Lymphopenia
