• Facts:
  MC indication for placemaker placement
  
  Impaired SA node automaticity that most often results from fibrosis of the sinus node or disease of the SA nodal artery
  
• History / PE:
  Bradycardia
  Lightheadedness
  Syncope
• Diagnosis:
  Bursts of atrial tachyarrhythmia followed by bradycardia (EKG)
