Wet mount, with visualization of highly motile, pear-shaped,
flagellated
organism
pH in 5.0-6.0 range
Treatment
:
Flagyl

:
Bacterial vagin

(does NOT cause inflammation, clue cells)
Candida vaginitis (thick, white discharge)
