  Absence of BP
• Diagnosis:
  Erratic wide complex tracing
  No P waves
• Treatment:
  Immediate electrial cardioversion
  ACLS protocol
• Associated With:
  CAD, structural heart disease
  Cardiac arrest (together with asystole)
