  • History / PE:
    Nonsustained VT often asymptomatic
    Palpitations, hypotension, angina, syncope (sustained VT)
  • Diagnosis:
    Three or more PVCs
    Wide QRS complexes
    AV dissociation
  • Treatment:
    Cardioversion
    Antiarrythmics (eg. amiodarone , lidocaine , procainamide)
