• Facts:
  Adrenal hemorrhage
  Almost 100% mortality
• History / PE:
  Infant with meningococcemia
  Sudden vasomotor collapse (hypotension)
  Skin rash (large purpuric lesions on the flanks)
• Associated With:
  Primary adrenal insufficiency
