    PTH resistance
    Typically presents in early childhood
  • History / PE:
    Short stature
    Round facies
    Cataracts
    Short 4th metacarpal bone
  • Diagnosis:
    Hypocalcemia , hyperphosphatemia
    Increased PTH levels
  • Differential Diagnosis:
    Secondary hyperparathyroidism (seen with ESRD)
