  • Facts:
    MC primary intracardiac tumor, usually located in the left atrium
  • History / PE:
    Systemic symptoms (fever, weight loss)
    Mid-diastolic rumbling murmur (best heard at apex)
    Neurologic symptoms (tumor embolization)
  • Diagnosis:
    Visualize a mass on ECHO
  • Differential Diagnosis:
    Mitral stenosis (same mid-diastolic rumbling murmur)
