Craniopharyngiomas

• Facts:
  MC in children, bimodal distribution
  Benign, suprasellar tumor arising from Rathke's pouch
  Tumor consists of multiple cysts, filled with oily fluid
  
• History / PE:
  Hypopituitarism
  Headaches
  Bitemporal hemianopsia
• Diagnosis:
  MRI / CT scan
  
• Treatment:
  Surgery +/- radiotherapy
