    Erythematous vesicles symmetrically distributed over the extensor surfaces of elbows and knees
    Diarrhea and weight loss
  • Diagnosis:
    Skin has IgA deposits (even in unaffected areas)
    Anti-endomysial / anti-transglutaminase antibodies
  • Treatment:
    Gluten free diet
    Dapsone
  • Associated With:
    Celiac disease
