  Micrognathia and microcephaly
  VSD
  Prominent occiput
  Rocker bottom feet
  Overlapping fingers
  Clenched fists
• Treatment:
  Death within one year
• Pneumonic:
  E lection age is 18=trisomy 18=E dward's syndrome
• Differential Diagnosis:
  Patau's syndrome (trisomy 13)
