    Benign, autosomal dominant condition
  • Diagnosis:
    Increased serum calcium and increased/inappropriately normal PTH levels
    Decreased urinary calcium excretion
  • Differential Diagnosis:
    Primary hyperparathyroidism (normal or elevated urinary calcium excretion)
