  Nephrotic syndrome
• History / PE:
  Young, african american male with uncontrolled HTN
• Diagnosis:
  Microscopic hematuria
  Sclerosis in capillary tufts
• Treatment:
  Prednisone
  Cytotoxic therapy
  ACEIs/ARBs (decrease proteinuria)
• Associated With:
  IV drug use ( heroin addiction)
  HIV infection
  Obesity
  SIckle cell disease
