Gardner's syndrome

• Facts:
  Autosomal dominant condition
  Colonic polyps with prominent extraintestinal lesions
• History / PE:
  Desmoid tumors
  Sebaceous or epidermoid cysts
  Lipomas
  Osteomas (especially in the mandible)
  Supernumerary teeth
  Gastric polyps
  Juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibromas
• Differential Diagnosis:
  Turcot's syndrome (brain tumors)
  Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (hyperpigmentation)
  Cronkhite-Canada syndrome (alopecia, nail loss)
