    Excess glucagon causes glucose intolerance, hyperglycemia and distinct skin lesions 'necrolytic migratory erythema'
  • History / PE:
    Hyperglycemia, necrolytic migratory erythema, diarrhea
    Weight loss
    Anemia
  • Diagnosis:
    Elevated levels of fasting glucose and glucagon
  • Treatment:
    Surgical removal (tumor unresponsive to chemo)
