  Sudden episodes of jerky movements, occurs in clusters
• Diagnosis:
  Hypsarrhythmia on EEG
• Treatment:
  Intramuscular ACTH
• Associated With:
  Tuberous sclerosis
  Phenylketonuria (PKU)
  Perinatal infections
