Treatment:
Analgesics and cough medicine
Oseltamivir, zanamivir (neuraminidase inhibitors) within 48 hours
Ranitidine, amantidine (only effective against Influenza A)
Side Effects:
For asthmatics, use oseltamivir because zanamivir is associated with bronchospasm in 5-10% of patients with asthma
