• Facts:
  MCC nephrotic syndrome in children
  Idiopathic etiology
• History / PE:
  Increased risk of infections and thrombotic events
• Diagnosis:
  Lab microscopy appears normal
  Diffuse effacement of foot processes of podocytes
• Treatment:
  Steroids
  Excellent prognosis
• Associated With:
  NSAIDs
  Hematologic malignancies (eg. Hodgkin's lymphoma )
