Multifocal atrial tachycardia

• Facts:
  Multiple atrial pacemakers or reentrant pathways
  Supraventricular Tachyarrhythmia
• History / PE:
  May be asymptomatic
• Diagnosis:
  Three or more unique P wave morphologies
  Rate > 100 bpm
• Treatment:
  Treat underlying disorder
  Verapamil or beta blockers (rate control)
• Notes:
  If HR < 100 bpm, think wandering pacemaker
• Associated With:
  COPD
  Hypoxemia
