Pityriasis Rosea

• Facts:
  Idiopathic rash seen in adults
• History / PE:
  Herald patch
  Followed by many itching similar lesions
  "Christmas tree" pattern on back
• Treatment:
  Reassurance
  Usually remits spontaneously after 1 month
• Differential Diagnosis:
  Syphilis
  Tinea-type infection
