Prolactinoma
  • Facts:
    MC pituitary tumor, leads to hyperprolactinemia (serum prolactin > 200mg/mL)
  • History / PE:
    Hypogonadism
    Galactorrhea
  • Treatment:
    Dopamine agonists (bromocriptine, cabergoline)
  • Differential Diagnosis:
    Hypothyroidism (increase in TSH causes increased prolactin production)
