• History / PE:
  Prodrome
  
  Acute onset of high fever ( > 40C )
  
  Rash
  
  Maculopapular rash appears as fever breaks
  Begins on trunk and spreads to face/extremities
  Lasts < 24hrs
• Complications:
  Febrile seizures
