    Neurocutaneous syndrome
  • History / PE:
    Focal/generalized seizures
    Mental retardation
    Seizures
    Ipsilateral glaucoma
    Hemianopia/hemiparesis
    Port wine stain/nevus flammeus along trigeminal (V1) nerve distribution
  • Diagnosis:
    Intracranial calcifications that resemble tramline
  • Treatment:
    1) Seizure control
    2) Reduce intraocular pressures
    3) Argon laser (skin lesions)
