  Mixed agonist and antagonist on estrogen receptors
  Decreases risk for osteoporosis
• Indications:
  Adjuvant chemotherapy for early stage breast CA
  Used in premenopausal women
• Side Effects:
  Estrogenic effects increase risk for endometrial CA, uterine sarcoma, and venous thrombosis
