  COPD ( emphysema , chronic bronchitis )
  Asthma
• Side Effects:
  CNS stimulation (headache, insomnia)
  GI disturbances (nausea, vomiting )
  Cardiac toxicity (arrhythmia)
• Notes:
  Many drugs (ciprofloxacin, erythromycin) can affect metabolism of theophylline
