    Cyanotic infant
  • Diagnosis:
    Hypoplastic/absent right ventricle
    Decreased pulmonary markings
    Left axis deviation
  • Associated With:
    Ventricular septal defects (VSDs) in 90% of cases
    Transposition of the great arteries (TGAs) in 30% of cases
