  • History / PE:
    Tense blisters
    Rarely have oral involvement
  • Diagnosis:
    IgG and C3 deposits in the dermal epidermal junction (immunofluorescence)
  • Treatment:
    Corticosteroids
  • Differential Diagnosis:
    Pemphigus vulgaris (flaccid blisters, oral lesions)
