:
Painful blisters
Flaccid bullae
Oral erosions and ulcerations
Positive Nikolsky's sign
Diagnosis
:
Intracellular IgG deposits in epidermis (on immunofluroescence)
Autoantibodies against desmoglein
Treatment
:
Azathioprine (immunosuppressive agent)
Differential Diagnosis
:
Bullous pemphigoid
(tense blisters, rarely oral lesions, IgG and C3)
