    Elevated JVP
    Hepatomegaly
    Lower extremity edema
    Ascites
  • Diagnosis:
    Prominent right ventricle and pulmonary artery (CXR)
  • Associated With:
    Primary pulmonary hypertension
    Repeated episodes of pulmonary embolisms
    Kyphoscoliosis
