None, fever is often absent or low grade

Worsens with fever and sun exposure
Complications

Arthritis
Hemolytic anemia
Aplastic crisis (eg. sickle cell,
hereditary spherocytosis
)
Congential infection (fetal hydrops)
Notes
:

Slapped cheeks
" are pathognomonic
MCC of
viral arthritis
(look anti-B19 IgM)
